Yes. Stellar supports batch management to organize and identify your pharmacy’s stock. Data capture and lookup are configured around your inventory processes.
Can I manage expiry dates?
Yes. You can manage expiry dates alongside inventory and batch information. This lets your team review dates when organizing goods and replenishment.
Can I search by active ingredient or molecule?
Yes. Stellar lets you search for products by active ingredient and/or molecule, based on your catalog data. You can also search by description, barcode or alternative codes.
Does checkout work offline?
Stellar POS offers local offline operation and support for high transaction volumes. Payment authorizations, gateways and external services may need connectivity. Scope is defined by the installation.
How does MOBILE help a pharmacy?
It supports receiving, product lookup, stock counts, adjustments, replenishment, movements, transfers and order preparation with picking and packing. It requires Stellar BUSINESS and compatible Android PDAs.
Can I manage multiple branches?
Yes. You can organize locations, warehouses, users, permissions and transfers, and connect purchasing, suppliers and administration. Configuration is adapted to your pharmacy or chain.
Can I add an online store, app and self-service?
Yes. WEBSTORE and APP STORE extend shopping channels. SelfCheckout lets you explore self-checkout for personal care and the products and processes you enable. Catalog, payments and order preparation are defined for your operation.
Which add-ons does Stellar offer?
You can add eGIFTCARD, eZELLE, PROMO and PriceCHECK according to their requirements. PROMO and PriceCHECK require BUSINESS; PriceCHECK also requires an Android micro kiosk. Points lookup and advertising in PriceCHECK require additional ADS360.
Can I create a loyalty program?
Yes. You can define points, rewards, coupons and redemption rules for products and categories in your program. BUSINESS connects the configuration; eGIFTCARD and eWALLET can complement the experience within their scope.
Do you offer electronic labels and Digital Signage?
Yes. We evaluate ESL formats for shelves and displays, plus screens, digital totems and kiosks for categories, new arrivals and campaigns. Models, content and integration are selected for your pharmacy.

Yes. Bigwise brings together Stellar software, add-ons, hardware, implementation and support.
